Sigourney Weaver may return to ‘Alien’ as OAP
London, December 28 Hollywood's first female action hero Sigourney Weaver has been in talks with director Ridley Scott to reprise her role for a fifth `Alien' film.
The two-time Oscar nominee, who first appeared in as Lt Ellen Ripley in the movie in 1979, confessed she would not mind returning as a pensioner, reports the Sun.
She said: "I would definitely do another Alien film if I had a director like Ridley Scott and we had a good idea. Ridley is enthusiastic about it. If it happened, I would be happy."
She continued: "It really didn't bother me being 50 and I don't think it will at 60 either. I really feel good every time I start a new decade.
"I think: `There could be another ten years ahead and I wonder what they will bring?' The only thing that does bother me is how quickly time passes; the years are racing by."
She added: "I always think it's important to keep going, at whatever age you are, at something which interests you." (ANI)
