Kathmandu, Sept 5 : The Constituent Assembly (CA) of Nepal will begin its session from Friday.

This is the first session of the CA since a Maoist Government came to power.

Nepal President Dr. Rambaran Yadav will present the new government’s policies and programmes.

Finance Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai will present the new budget during the session, the nepalnews reported. (ANI)
