List of exciting astronomical events to take place in November 2015

This November is going to turn out really exciting for star gazers as a number of astronomical events are going to happen. Among the events are new moon, full moon, Leonids meteor shower and a rare Taurids meteor shower. Below you can find information on them.

" Full Moon - On November 6, 2015, the full moon will take place. As per Seasky.org, the full moon will be at its peak at 22.33 UTC. The November full moon also known as Full Beaver moon, Frosty Moon and Hunter's Moon will be seen at almost all the places.

" New Moon - Its turn will on November 22, 2015. In new moon, it remains completely hidden in the sky. It is estimated that the new moon will be at its peak at 12:32 UTC.

" Taurid Meteor Shower - The best line that explains this meteor shower is quality over quantity. Its peak is expected this week. This meteor shower originates from the constellation Taurus and is linked with the comet Encke. Bill Cooke of NASA Meteoroid Environment office said, "The annual Taurid meteor shower is going on right now, and we are seeing steady activity in our meteor cameras. Individuals should not be surprised if they see a bright meteor or fireball over the next few nights".

" Leonids Meteor Shower - It enjoys the tag of one of the best astronomical phenomena for sky gazers to watch. It originates from the constellation Leo. Dust grains left by comet Tempel Tuttle cause this meteor shower. It will peak on November 18, 2015 from midnight to dawn.
