On Thursday, A US national was detained at the Indira Gandhi International Airport after a knife was found in his baggage . It was found from his passport that he had traveled to Pakistan

and Bangladesh recently. The officials at the airport are checking, if he had any terror links.

Winston Marshall, the detained US national, was preparing to fly on a Qatar Airways flight to Doha.

A member of the security staff at the airport told IANS ,"During the security check, we found a knife in his baggage. When we questioned him, he could not give any reason so he was detained

and handed over to the police."

The police refused to comment on the whereabouts and further details of Marshall and whether he was linked to any terror suspect or not.
