KEC Int. Receives Order Worth Rs. 637 Crores
KEC International Ltd has bagged two major project from Abu Dhabi and Algeria, valued at Rs 391 crores and Rs 246 crores respectively via an international competitive bidding process.
The Abu Dhabi Transmission & Despatch Company (TRANSCO) has awarded a turnkey project to KEC for 400 KV double circuit and quad circuit transmission lines to be laid across 173 km connecting Fujairah substation to Sweihan substation. The project will be completed by next 2 years.
In Algeria, SONELGAZ ha entrusted KEC with a 400 KV single circuit transmission line from Cheffia to Ain Bedia and from R. Djamel to Djendouba on a turnkey basis. This project has a completion period of 15 months.
KEC International is engaged in the design, manufacture, supply, erection and maintenance of power transmission lines, turnkey projects in transmission towers, substations and distribution networks.

The stock closed today at Rs. 876.35 on NSE, up by 4.05% from the previous of Rs. 842.20. The stock touches intraday high of Rs. 919.80 and low of Rs. 811.00
