Karur Vysya Bank to raise upto Rs 300 crore
Private-sector lender Karur Vysya Bank has decided to raise up to Rs 300 crore through issuing of bonds.
The board of directors have already approved to raise Rs 150 crore by issue of unsecured redeemable non-convertible subordinated (Tier II) bonds (Series I), with an option to raise Rs 150 crore additional amount if the issue is oversubscribed.
Shares of Karur Vysya Bank closed on Friday at Rs 300. The counter has given over 50% of return in past sixth months to its investors.
