HTC might launch HTC Butterfly S in Taiwan soon
Taiwanese smartphone maker, HTC is expected to launch its much anticipated HTC Butterfly S in its home market soon.
The company has sent out sent out invitations for a lunch event and many believe that it will use the event not only to launch HTC Butterfly S but also showcase Desire 600. The Desire 600was first showcased in May but the lunch event will see its official unveiling in the country. Taiwanese telecom operator Chunghwa Telecom will showcase the two new smartphones at the event.
According to some reports circulating on the internet, the HTC Butterfly S might feature a 5 inches touchscreen and UltraPixel camera of the OEM. The device will also have better battery backup and a microSD expansion slot as well as several features. The device will also extend support to 4G LTE mobile networks.
On the other hand, the HTC Desire 600 comes with 4.5-inch Super LCD2 display of 540x960 resolution, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor alongside 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. As for cameras, it has a 8-megapixel rear camera and a front-facing 1.6-megapixel camera for video conferencing.
