According to industry observers, the major complaint received from its customers is that the company is overlooking predictable consumer concerns, like privacy worries, consumer service the importance of intuitive products.

According to Rob Enderle, principal analyst with the Enderle Group, Google is noticeably looking like a company that is doing a lot of things, the minority of them have done well but lot of them have gone wrong this year. Rob said that the company has developed an off beam conception that if you're getting it for free, you should be happy with what you get.

Buzz, which was introduced this month, has encountered huge complains on privacy and complexity. Then Nexus One smart phone, the first handset sold directly online by Google has a good early review but soon flooded with complaints about the lack of customer service, high early termination fees and network issues. Thus now it's up to Google, how it is planning to deal with this critical situation.
