The German Authority Fails To Forbid Killer Doctor
Family of David Gray has blamed Daniel Ubani, a German doctor for killing Gray. The allegations were made after; Ubani injected David with a tenfold overdose of diamorphine.
After this incident, England government had announced a life long ban on his practice but till date, Germany government has failed to take any strict action against him as they only fined him a small amount of €7,000.
The case was made public by Guardian, England Newspaper. They claimed that due to many reasons, the GP services are shifted to England as a result of which, the EU- global legal and medical processes have failed to identify the qualifications of the doctors.
Markus Wenning, spokesman for the Doctors' Chamber, revealed that the most surprising thing about the whole issue is that the main executive court, which takes action against all the medically related worries, does not have the power to withdraw his license as a result of which, he could still practice.
He further added, “We also want to ban him but we don't have any legal opportunities. This case had already annoyed them a lot; we are keeping up the pressure for change at federal and state level, at this stage”.
