Beijing - China on Tuesday expressed anger at Indian Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee's statement that a disputed Himalayan border region was an "integral part of India."

"We deeply regret the Indian side's remarks, which take no regard of the historical facts," Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said after Mukherjee's weekend visit to the north-eastern Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh.

New York, Nov 11 : After revealing her twin assets in French fashion magazine ‘Self Service’ recently, model-heiress Lydia Hearst has bared it all in the latest issue of French Playboy.

The 50th anniversary issue of the French Playboy features an all-nude Hearst on the cover page.

The picture shows Lydia smiling coyly at the camera overtop a pair of sunglasses.

While her legs in the picture are strategically crossed, her nipple is visible beneath a lipstick scrawl of "Happy Birthday Playboy."

The golden jubilee issue of the magazine also include a fully nude spread inside of Hearst shot by French photographer Alexis Dahan.

Stockholm - Threatened Italian author Roberto Saviano and British-Indian author Salman Rushdie have accepted invitations to lecture at the Swedish Academy, the body that selects the Nobel literature prize said Tuesday.

Saviano and Rushdie were to speak November 25 on the theme "Freedom of speech and lawless violence."

The academy extended the invitations last month.

Saviano's book, Gomorra, has angered the mafia, or Camorra, in Naples. He has been forced to live under police protection and in a recent newspaper interview said that he was considering leaving Italy.

Iran's religious leader Ayatollah Khomeini in 1989 issued a death threat against Rushdie over his novel The Satanic Verses.

Seoul - South Korean President Lee Myung Bak said he has no objections to a potential meeting between US president-elect Barack Obama and North Korea leader Kim Jong Il.

He said in an interview with the Chosun Ilbo newspaper that appeared Tuesday that he would expect any such meeting would help to abolish North Korea's nuclear weapons programme.

London, Nov 11 : University of Liverpool scientists have devised a new therapy programme that will help depressed new mums in developing countries beat the blues.

Professor Atif Rahman from the School of Population, Community and Behavioural Sciences was the one who developed the therapy programme while working as a Wellcome Trust Career Fellow in Tropical Medicine in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

"Depression is one of the leading causes of mental illness in the world and when the condition affects mothers with newborn babies, it can lead to serious consequences" Lancet quoted him as saying.
