London, Jan 12: Doctors have warned cancer-stricken Jade Goody that she has only a 40 per cent chance of survival.

"I'm realistic. I know I might not have that long left," the Mirror quoted her, as saying.

Despite all that, the former Big Brother star has admitted that losing her hair following intensive chemotherapy was the most shocking moment yet in her fight against cervical cancer.

The `Hannah Montana' star confessed that she particularly couldn't stop thinking about her former beau Nick Jonas, reports China Daily.

"I was on my 76-date tour date with the Jonas Brothers and I still have dreams about being on tour with them. They used to say to me, ''Miley, will you come out for a party with us? I dream about that show every night," Cyrus said.
