London, January 12 : An expectant mother is set to rewrite pages in British medical history by delivering rare Siamese twins with two heads - but just one body.

Lisa Chamberlain and her fiance Mike Pedace, who finally became bearers of good news after trying for seven years, have decided to go ahead with the pregnancy, even after being advised to abort the conjoined babies, who have just one heartbeat.

Doctors at Portsmouth's St Mary's Hospital told the couple that their dicephalus twins have just a 20 per cent chance of survival, but that did not let the expectant couple to budge from their decision.

New Delhi, Jan 12 : Brit actress Kristin Scott Thomas has landed herself the role of ex-Beatles John Lennon''s Aunt Mimi in new movie "Nowhere Boy".

The movie, based on the late Beatles' early life, has English actress Anne-Marie Duff playing his mother, Julia, with newcomer Aaron Johnson playing Lennon, reports the China Daily.

Shooting for the new flick, which will also mark the directorial debut of artist Sam Taylor-Wood, will start in March on location in Liverpool and at Ealing Studios.

London, Jan 12 : American actor Ryan O''Neal has been ordered to take up an 18-month rehabilitation program after he pleaded guilty in a Los Angeles court to possessing drugs.

In September 08, Ryan, 67, and his 23-year-old son were charged with possession of drugs after the police carried out a routine search at their Malibu home under the terms of Redmond O''Neal's probation for an earlier drug possession case.

But after the actor admitted to possessing methamphetamine, he was told the case would be dropped if he completed the rehab programme.

His son will appear in court next month to face the same charge, plus one of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Washington, Jan 12 : American actor David Duchovny has thanked his family for standing by him while he sought treatment for sex addiction.

Duchovny had last year voluntarily entered rehab for the treatment, and later on he and his wife Tea Leoni announced that they were separating.

"I''m thankful for so much," People magazine quoted him as saying.

"I''m just most thankful for my life and my family. My wife and my kids -- the simple things in life. My gratitude opens my heart every day. I feel blessed.

London, Jan 12 : American singer Stacy Ann Ferguson or Fergie, as she is known, tied the knot with actor Josh Duhamel in Malibu, California on January 10.

Fergie wore a gown by Dolce & Gabbana, draped in diamonds, and carried a bouquet of white flowers studded with crystals, reports the Daily Star.

Her 10 bridesmaids wore contrasting black gowns, while Duhamel and his groomsmen also wore Dolce & Gabbana.

The couple, who have been romancing since 2004, exchanged H. Stern rings inscribed with personal messages beneath magnolia trees decorated with thousands of white roses.
