London, April 20 : Jade Goody’s neighbour has put his 1 million-pound house on sale fearing her ghost, as per reports.

Brad Porrett, who had a driveway row with Goody shortly before her death, lives next to her converted barn, where she died on March 22.

The 51-year-old was said to be “sick” of visiting fans and snappers and felt the entire barn, in Waltham Abbey, Essex, was “a bit eerie” since her death.

Washington, Apr 20 : In a study, led by an Indian-origin scientist, researchers have found a combination therapy, which could reduce cancer stem cells and stop the growth pancreatic cancer-one of the deadliest cancers.

Rajesh Kumar N. V., Ph. D., a faculty member at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins University, led the study.

He said that a combination therapy using tigatuzumab, a novel humanized death receptor-5 (DR-5) agonist antibody, along with gemcitabine, could result in reducing pancreatic cancer stem cells to achieve tumour remission and prevent tumour recurrence.

Washington, Apr 20 : Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher has presented her co-star Nicollette Sheridan with a self made scrapbook as a reminder of the time they spent together.

Sheridan, who played Wisteria Lane''s resident man-eater Edie Britt, had recently quit the show.

The Queen of Pop had been preparing to adopt four-year-old Chifundo “Mercy” James but her application was rejected by a court.

The 50-year-old had to face dejection as she was told that prospective parents had to be resident in the country for 18 to 24 months.

Mercy was then taken back to Kondanai Children''s Home after the failed proposition.
