Teri Hatcher’s Desperate Housewives departure gift for Nicollette Sheridan
Washington, Apr 20 : Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher has presented her co-star Nicollette Sheridan with a self made scrapbook as a reminder of the time they spent together.
Sheridan, who played Wisteria Lane''s resident man-eater Edie Britt, had recently quit the show.
Her co-stars paid her tribute during a panel discussion about the show at the Paley Centre for Media in Los Angeles, where Hatcher revealed details of her gift.
"I made a scrapbook as my sort of parting gift, and it reminded me of how great those two characters (Hatcher''s Susan and Sheridan''s Edie) were together," Contactmusic quoted Hatcher as saying.
Sheridan admits she's not upset with her departure from show, insisting that the it had become boring.
"When the show started it was such a different beast," she said.
"It was exciting and dangerous and funny and edgy and bizarre. It started feeling a little complacent, and that was very frustrating," she added.
When told of her character Edie Britt''s demise, "I said, ''''OK, sayonara. It''s been a great ride. Thank you,''''' she added. (ANI)
