'Masti', 'Awara Paagal Deewana', 'Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega', 'Hungama' - each of these films has three factors in common: a) Aftab Shivdasani is the leading man, b) The film belongs to comedy genre and c) It has done wonders at the box office. Now sample some other movies that Aftab has done in his decade old career as a leading man - 'Kasoor', 'Pyaasa', 'Footpath', 'Jaane Hoga Kya', 'Red' and 'Speed'. While each of these films has been a thriller, except for 'Kasoor', none of the remaining ones has done any wonders at the box office.

Bollywood is certainly not breathing easy. It is still waiting for it's first big money spinner at the box office in the year 2009 which has been mighty disappointing so far. In fact one of the films that has managed to bring in some smiles has come from a director whose last major release was one of the biggest disasters that the industry has ever seen - NO SMOKING.

London, Mar 9: Girls Aloud singer and X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has landed the top spot in Tatler magzine’s ‘best dressed’ list of 2009.

Cole has become a style icon as her star has soared in the last year.

"The world has gone completely insane for our Cheryl," the Telegraph quoted Tatler, as saying.

Elettra Rossellini came second while Caroline Sieber landed the third spot.

At this very moment production-designer Tamara Deverell (who has designed for films like Crash and X-Men) is working on a ship to be used in Deepa Mehta's film which would replicate the one that sailed from India to Canada in 1914.

Says Deepa excitedly, "We actually found a ship in Vancouver which resembles the original Kamagata Maru in most details. Now Tamara is doing it up deck by deck."

The Masoom moppet has surely come of age. Jugal Hansraj who recently directed Yashraj Films' first animation film Roadside Romeo , is all set direct his first feature film for Yashraj Films.

Not surprisingly it would feature the younger scion of the Yashraj empire Uday Chopra who's currently gone into an impenetrable shell after Arjun Sablok's wacky and rauchy Neil 'N' Nikki failed to do the trick for Uday.

It's hoped that Jugal and Uday's real-life friendship would help give an extra edge of excitement to the love story.

London, March 9: Jade Goody opened her eyes to fear after being wakened by a woman armed with hammer in her hospital room —praying and chanting over the cancer-stricken star.

The woman, believed to be 41-year-old old French, was said to be carrying a large bag. She was taken into custody after 27-year-old Goody screamed for help.
