London, Apr 3: Pop star Kylie Minogue has jumped to her sister Dannii’s defence after ‘X Factor’ judge Louish Walsh took unwarranted jibes at her.

The ‘Kids’ hitmaker also revealed that constant comparisons made between her and Dannii annoy her beyond limit.

“I’m so proud of my sister and it annoys the hell out of me when comparisons between us are made,” the Daily Star quoted Kylie as saying.

Kylie also called Louish Walsh “pathetic” for constantly taking jibes at Dannii.

New York, Apr 3: The Malawi government is supporting Madonna''s controversial bid to adopt a baby girl because of the help she''s given the African country.

"Madonna has been good to us," The New York Daily News quoted Information Minister Patricia Kaliati, as saying.

"Very few rich and famous people can take time to fly all the way to Malawi to support our children. We support her adoption process,” the leader added.

According to Kaliati, the 50-year-old has provided support for 25,000 Malawian orphans and has proven she can take care of her first adopted child, David Banda.
