Four new cases of swine flu in Britain, government confirms London - Four new cases of swine flu were diagnosed in Britain Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases to 32, the Department of Health said.

The four adults found to be infected with the influenza A (H1N1) virus had all been "associated with travel to Mexico," the department said.

More than 300 people are currently undergoing tests for the virus in Britain.(dpa)
