Flexible work hours = Good health

Flexible work hoursFlexibility in work hours is the key for good health of employee. It is believed that more the elasticity in work schedule the less the burden is.

The researchers found 10 studies that fit in their criteria for review enclosure. Three of them took place in the United States, two in Finland and one each in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Australia and Denmark. Another study analyzed workers in the U. K. and Germany.

Findings have stated that stress and anxiety is cut down to a very significant level. Not only it boosts up the worker's health but increases the efficiency as well, thereby increasing the productivity level in total.

Kerry Joyce, a researcher at Durham University, said that 'in addition to physical risks, the workplace can pose a threat to health due to factors like high workloads, time pressures, lack of control and limited social interaction'.

Therefore what is required at this point of time is 'control ', control at workplace is quintessential.
