FIIs Remain Net Buyers In Equities On Apr 8
According to data released by BSE, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) remained net buyers in the equity segment worth Rs 5.73 billion on both the BSE and the NSE on April 8.
FIIs purchased equities worth Rs 37.50 billion, while their gross sales stood at Rs 3,177.62 crore.
Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) including banking institutions, DFIs, Insurance and MFs remained net sellers in the equity segment worth Rs 378.22 on both the BSE and the NSE on April 8.
The figures indicated that DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 869.60 crore and sold equities worth Rs 12,478.2 million on April 08.
As per data released by Sebi, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) remained net buyers of Rs 172.30 crore on Monday, April 6.
On Monday, FIIs bought equities worth Rs 2,619.80 crore, while their sales totalled Rs 2,447.50 crore.
Mutual funds (MFs) were net sellers of Rs 222.90 crore on Monday.
MFs made purchases of Rs 570.50 crore and sales of Rs 793.40 crore.
