Washington, Feb 26 : Charlize Theron has revealed that shaving her head was the `most freeing' thing she has ever done.

The 37-year-old South African actress told Ryan Seacrest on E! that she has no regrets about removing her long blonde locks for her role in `Mad Max: Fury Road', Contactmusic reported.

Theron went on to recommend every woman to go for the look.

She also admitted that it has taken a long time for her hair to grow back, saying: "This is three months old. It was so short." (ANI)
