Chicago, October 5 : American sports caster Erin Andrews has said that she would not let the grainy footage of her undressing in a hotel room land her career in ruins.

The ESPN reporter was accused of staging a scandal after the illegally taped peephole video of her naked found its way to the Internet, reports the Chicago Sun Times.

The 31-year-old, who was named the "sexiest sportscaster" in 2008 and 2009 by Playboy magazine, said on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" that she would not let a Peeping Tom drag her down.

Life on the road "will always make me feel nervous. But I also feel it''s my duty to come out and show this person: ''You know what? I worked hard for my career, and I got there the right way, and you''re not going to break me down,'''''' she told Winfrey. (ANI)
