Endeavour returning back homeAfter the successful show of installing the 16-ton Tranquility node, Endeavour is now returning back to the International Space Station and is spearheading for a return to the Kennedy Space Center on 21st of Feb.

After the successful completion of the mission in the space, Endeavour with its crew members of 6 people has decided to come back home after the 14 day long travel in the space in which astronauts installed the last important component of the International Space Station.

After the trip around the space station the team scanned the shuttle's heat shield before taking off to Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The landing dates for the team are however, Feb. 21 at around10:16 p. m. and 11:51 p. m. EST but it also can make the coming back at 1:20 a. m. and 2:55 a. m. EST Monday at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., which is known as a backup landing site.

After the mission had three spacewalks, Endeavour's crew was able to successfully install the 16-ton Tranquility node and with the compartment where the view can be taken, also known as cupola, which marked the 90% completion of the work.

According to NASA, the mission was impossible without the cupola as it is set in the space as a station or port where it can guide the frequent flying space shuttles as well as the windows from the cupola will work as an arm for NASA to gather images of the happenings in space for collecting the information and knowledge.
