Denmark to extradite extremists to Germany
Copenhagen - A Copenhagen appellate court on Monday gave the green light to the extradition of two jailed right wing extremists - a 34-year-old German and a
33-year-old Dane - to Germany.
The two are to stand trial for acts including incitement to racism and membership in an criminal organization.
The men were arrested in August north of Copenhagen in an internationally coordinated action initiated by German federal police against the rightwing extremist music scene. The men, operators of the rightist music distributer Celtic Moon, are thought for a number of years to have contracted to produce and sell illegal media.
Both men deny the charges and are seeking in Denmark's highest court to prevent their extradition. (dpa)
