Bangalore: Dell has unveiled a 15.4 inch notebook computer, targeting the tech-savvy urban users, in the Indian market.

The newly launched notebook ‘XPS M1530’, with starting price of Rs 53,000, weighs less than six pounds.

Girish Mehta, Director for Marketing, Dell India, said, “The XPS M1530 will bring the XPS experience to the most popular 15.4-inch widescreen market segment.”

Along with a one-inch profile, the sleek 15.4-inch notebook has the
following features like built-in webcam, fingerprint reader,
touch-sensitive multi-media buttons, and brushed aluminum accents.

The standard features include slot-load optical drive and an optional
blu-ray disc drive. It also consists of noise cancellation earbuds and
travel remote, which stores away in the ExpressCard card slot.

The company has also launched ‘XPS 420’, which is a multimedia desktop
PC that features the option of Adobe Elements Studio software. It is
available at Rs 65,000, and powered by multi-core Intel processors.
