Cameron wins the third and final debate of the 2010 U.K. general election campaign
An Angus Reid Public Opinion poll has indicated that conservative Party leader David Cameron won the third and final debate of the 2010 U. K. general election campaign.
Angus Reid has said that Cameron was seen as "a better person to handle most economic policy issues," and Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg was seen as the best at connecting with undecided voters, leaving Prime Minister Gordon Brown delivering the worst performance of the three candidates.
A government led by a coalition of Conservatives and Liberal Democrats would put the economy "at risk," Brown warned.
Thirty-six percent of those surveyed said Cameron won the debate, 30 percent said Clegg won, and 23 percent said Brown, the incumbent and leader of the Labor Party, won the contest.
It was also reported that the online survey of 1,264 British adults has a margin of error of 2.2 percentage points. (With Inputs from Agencies)
