Brave England thrashed South Africa in T20 World Cup
After crushing South Africa by 39 runs England is cursing towards the T20 world cup semis berth. South Africa’s chances to get into the semis are looking very difficult after this big defeat. Kevin Pietersen played marvelous innings of 53 off 33 balls and the young opener Kieswetter has also played an innings of 41 runs with 2 sixes. This has helped England to post an impressive total of 168-7.
After that the spinners Graeme Swann and Yardy bowled very well and took five early wickets. Only JP Duminy of South Africa made a 39 runs and they all managed to post a score of 129 for the loss of all wicket.
The next game on Monday against New Zealand can take the British team to the semi finals comfortably but if they will lose there then also they have a chance to get into semis as the Pakistan beat South Africa in its next game. But there is nothing to worry for the young and dynamic Paul Collingwood’s team about the win because they are in a good momentum.
