Brandy faces second lawsuit in relation to her 2006 car crash

London, Dec 17 : A second lawsuit has been filed against R&B singer Brandy stemming from her 2006 car crash, which left a woman dead.

The `Afrodisiac' hitmaker walked away from the California freeway collision, but Awatef Aboudihaj died from her injuries.

The singer, full name Brandy Norwood, was never charged with any wrongdoing in the crash, but Aboudihaj''s family are pursuing a 33.5 million pounds civil action.

The civil trial is set for April 2009, reports the Daily Star.

And now a man who was injured in the accident has filed a lawsuit against the singer.

Donald Lite has filed documents at Los Angeles Superior Court last week claiming Norwood and Aboudihaj failed to follow road regulations, resulting in the smash which left him with "serious and permanent injuries".

According to TMZ. com, Lite''s personal injury suit is seeking unspecified damages to cover his hospital costs. (ANI)
