Bhullar Miss The Cut In British Open

Bhullar Miss The Cut In British OpenAfter declining to a score of seven-over-par 77 in the second round of the British Open, Indian golfer Gaganjeet Bhullar has been looking certain to miss the cut in Turnberry on Friday.

Bhullar had scored a convincing eight over par 71 on Thursday, and bad weather made him difficult to stick around for the weekend on Friday.

Bhullar admitted that the gusty wind made difficult to continue his good work today as he struggled to manage his course properly after rain.

The worst performance of Bhullar came up with double bogey sixes on the 5th and 13th holes as Bhullar struggled to cope up with the windy conditions.

Bhullar said that playing in these conditions has totally been different from Asia as they do not encounter such strong winds in Asia, which did worst of him today.

He added that this was his first major tournament, and this experience will help him in the Asian Tour, which is going to start from next week and also in the Brunei Open.
