Barack Obama anticipates the new technique to be effective
During his third visit to the oil affected Gulf of Mexico coast the US President Mr. Barack Obama has said it is so early to be optimistic, but the new technique can be effective to stop the oil spill.
Earlier BP has shown its confidence over this technique and has decided to place cap over the damaged well. This will be done basically to capture most of the spilling oil in that particular region.
The oil giant has also said that it would take more than 48 hours to confirm the stability of the capping system.
Most importantly they need to see whether the system is working properly or not.
For that reason, President Obama has made a statement saying it too early to reach any conclusion. The present condition is very serious and not under control.
The US official of disaster response Mr. Adm Thad Allen has informed the current scenario of the accident spot to Mr. Obama in Louisiana. BP's all effort is going in vain and huge amount of pressure is mounting on US and the company as well.
