An Australian woman indicted on murder charges, accused of killing husband by setting his genitals on fire
It has been informed by authorities that an Australian woman has been indicted on murder charges, accused of killing her husband by setting his genitals on fire.
The Australian Broadcasting Corp. reported on Monday that Rajini Narayan, 45, also faces arson charges in the December 2008 attack, which destroyed the family's house near Adelaide.
The report further said that Narayan allegedly soaked her husband's genitals with denatured alcohol and set fire to the liquid because she suspected him of having an affair.
Satish Narayan suffered serious burns and died in the hospital from his injuries several weeks after the attack.
The report also said that Narayan pleaded innocent in South Australian Supreme Court to both the murder and arson charges. (With Inputs from Agencies)
