Berlin - Pro-Chinese government demonstrators gathered in Berlin Saturday, holding up placards and banners calling for politics to be kept out of the Olympic Games that start in Beijing in August.

Berlin police put the number of protestors at the peaceful demonstration at around 2,800, largely from Germany's substantial Chinese community. (dpa)
