After his critically-acclaimed film, Love Sex and Dhoka, created ripples in the market, director Dibakar Banerjee is planning to enter into the field of politics. And he would not be doing so by contesting elections, but through his next film.

The main story of Dibakar's latest venture revolves around the politics related to one of the newest state of India. It is going to be a thriller.

While Dibakar said that it would be making a fictional state, it is believed that the whole story covers one of the present states.

He further said that it would tell a tale where corruption leads to laundering of millions of rupees. It would cover real issues like SEZ and assassination. And the death of a politician would be the axis of the whole story.

No details about the cast of the film have been revealed till now. But Dibakar wants to sign Abhay Deol for the lead role.

When asked about the kind of roadblocks that it can face from the Censor Board, he said that if his previous movie, LSD, managed to come out then there should be no reason why this one will be stopped.
