T-Mobile-4gNew 4G services are being provided by T-Mobile USA MVNO Simple Mobile. It implies that T-Mobile has made up its mind to brand its HSPA+ network as a "4G" offering which has trickled down to the companies for making a sale of its service again.

The new 4G ad by Simple Mobile shows the offering as a super hero, as against a 3G character shown by a simple walker.

The website of the company has added features of an advertisement which displays a 3G character jumping around with a walker, and as against that a 4G character flies around in a cape and tights just like a super hero. Although, the website not providing any extra information regarding its 4G services, the ad is noteworthy, as the war is over 4G marketing is raging among all the major carriers.

In 2010, T-Mobile started its advertisement of the HSPA+ network offering 4G speeds. This was a challenge to Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S). Sprint Nextel is a reseller of Clearwire's (NASDAQ: CLWR) mobile WiMAX service according to the Sprint 4G moniker.

Verizon Wireless (NYSE: VZ) entered the competition towards the end of the last year with the LTE network being released, which had been advertised as "4G LTE."
