XLRI to launch National Talent Management Survey
In a bid to highlight the current Human Resources practices aimed at maintaining and cultivating talented workforce, the XLRI School of Business & Human Resources has announced its decision to launch of National Talent Management (NTM) survey.
The survey will help in understanding the concept of talent management as well as analyzing its future in terms of best human resources practices
Fr E Abraham, director of the premier business school, said, "Despite having a significant bearing on both academicians and practitioners alike, the content and practices of talent management have largely remained obscure. Keeping this in mind, XLRI launched the first-ever NTM survey."
Abraham added that the corporate world is currently in a state of flux, and the continuing pressure to keep pace the changing times made it essential for them to keep evolving their techniques and methodologies.
The survey will include issues such as employee development during chaotic times to employer branding across a range of platforms. A senior HR faculty at XLRI said the survey would act as a ready reckoner for the young managers.
The survey will be undertaken by the flagship HR committee of XLRI, called Sapphire, in partnership with the premier business school's alumni.
The XLRI National Talent Management Survey will be launched during the 6th National HR Conference on January 19 and 20 in Jamshedpur.
