Chennai-based non-voice BPO service provider, Vishal Information Technologies Ltd has launched the POD (Print on Demand) publishing vertical. In order to ensure smooth operations, the company has tied up with Tutis Digital Publishing. Tutis is successfully running Print on Demand Publishing business. These large print titles are being sold by online book stores worldwide. At present, about 41 online stores are selling their titles like Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, eBay Express etc. Shares of the company gained Rs 40, or 20%, to end at Rs 245. The total volume of shares traded was 9,319,645 at the BSE. The stock recently listed on Stock exchanges at a discount of 13% to issue price.
