Virgin Media unveils 'unlimited' mobile contract
Pursuing Tesco Mobile's footsteps, Virgin Media has come up with an "unlimited" phone contract deal on an eighteen-month term.
The unlimited plan, which is named "ultimate" by the Virgin Media, will cost customers £65 a month, much higher than Tesco's £30 a month offer.
But, unlimited does not mean really unlimited. Even on the unlimited plan users are limited to 3000 minutes, 3000 Virgin to Virgin minutes, 3000 texts and only 1GB of web surfing.
Moreover, only those customers who already possess a TV and landline package with Virgin Media would be eligible for the new offer.
But, plus point of the Virgin Media's offer is that it offers a few smartphones unlike Tesco.
