Kathmandu, Feb 27 : The visiting Chinese delegation led by Assistant Chinese Foreign Minister Liu Jieyi has handed over the draft of ''Peace and Friendship Treaty'' to acting Foreign Secretary Suresh Prasad Pradhan here on Thursday.
