US Supreme Court to decide whether or not People will continue to Receive Subsidies

When it comes to Affordable Care Act, opinion over the controversial act is highly divided. Now, the US Supreme Court has been going through the act and opinions about the same.

The program called 'Obamacare' has shown both, some very clear successes and failures. In the coming weeks, the court will thoroughly go through the opinions. And, then they will determine whether or not low and middle- income people in states should receive subsidies to help pay for insurance.

These seven million low-and middle-income people in states are the ones that have not accepted to set up insurance marketplaces. Those who favor the act said that a sharp decline has come in the percentage of the uninsured, from 20.3% in 2013 to 13.2% early this year.

It means that health care coverage has widespread. A decline has come in part-time employment over the past two years, but those who choose to work part-time have grown 6%, meaning that youngsters who want to spend more time with children have this option.

But now, the point is whether or not the ACA has been able to prove its metal. As per the polls, most Americans do not approve of it. They said that the government's high cost of subsidies and Medicaid expansion are also due to the act.

The ACA said that in some places it has tweaked. But experts said that Democrats and Republicans should keep their differences with regard to the act at bay and continue to work together make health care an affordable one and accessible for one and all.
