Twitter announced its plans to venture in the markets of the Middle Kingdom, reports the founder of the micro-blogging site Jack Dorsey.

It is believed that Twitter shall soon be released in Chinese platform, which suits the likes of the natives. This comes after Google publicized to pull back its services from China.

Dorsey further added that it will just be a matter of time when Twitter features in China. The next hurdle which the micro-blogging site faces is the Great Firewall of China, which not only is tedious but has both technical and political implications.

With the advent of Twitter Chinese activists shall be able to keep a track on Government activities and will enable them in capturing a huge market capitalization. The region which boasts of a huge population can reap out huge financial benefits as well. The Chinese language where small characters imply longer conversations, character limit of 140 shall enable the users to write or share a lot of information via tweets.
