Thai shares down 3.01 per cent on bleak corporate outlook
Bangkok- Thai shares slipped 3.01 in value on Thursday on region-wide worries about the year-end prospects for listed companies abroad and at home, analysts said.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) index ended at 426.26, down 13.25 points of 3.01 per cent.
"Investors were selling because of worries about the year-end performance of listed companies, which don't look good," said Phuwadol Lardudomsuk, an analyst at Asia Plus Securities. dpa
