Suicide Bombing at Iraqi football stadium
10 people were killed and 120 people got injured at a football stadium in Iraq by a suicide bomb. The explosives were detonated hidden inside a car. The car was parked at the entrance to the stadium at Tal Afar, situated at the west of Mosul.
The people present at the time of the mishap have said that there was not only one suicide bomber rather some said there were up to three suicide bombers at the spot.
The blast was followed one after another. Before this blast the Islamic State of Iraq the militant umbrella group warned the city of ‘dark days of bloods’.
Al-Nasser Lideen Allah Abu Suleiman is the called as the minister of wars of the group and he has taken this responsibility after the former Al-Qaeda leader of Iraq Abu Ayyub al-Masri and the ISI leader Abu Omar al-Baghdadi were killed in a joint operation of US and Iraq forces in April.
However, no group has taken the responsibility of that blast in Tal Afar yet but the investigating officials have informed that the blast system was very much similar to the previous attacks of Al-Qaeda.
