After the disastrous show of his team ‘KKR’ at the IPL Season 2, it seems that Shahrukh Khan does not want to take any other risks.

SRK has reportedly turned down Ashutosh Gowariker’s offer in his upcoming flick.

According to the sources, SRK was offered a role opposite Rani Mukherjee by Ashutosh, but the actor categorically said a big ‘NO’, thanks to the disaster of ‘Swades’.

The source revealed, “Ashutosh had apparently told Shah Rukh that he could even co-produce the film and follow profit sharing module, but even this did not evoke a favourable response.”

Moreover, it is also learnt that Ashutosh even gave SRK the choice of co-producing the film, but the actor decided not get associated with Ashutosh any longer.

Ashutosh is known for directing the films Lagaan (2001), Swades (2004) and Jodhaa Akbar (2008).

The big question doing the rounds now is that who would replace King Khan?
