Ahmedabad, Nov 18 : Sri Lanka made 591 for five in the first innings, in reply to India's 462, at the close of third day's play of the first cricket Test here Wednesday.

At stumps, Mahela Jayawardene was batting on 204 and Prasanna Jayawardene on 84. Sri Lanka have opened up a lead of 165 runs.(IANS)
