Siemens, a global powerhouse in electronics and electrical engineering, has received an order worth Rs 79 crore from Qatari German Switchgear for supplying 11kv air insulated switchgear.

The orders would be supplied to Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) distribution network.

The order is scheduled to completed within two years time period.

At 1:48 pm, the shares of Siemens were trading at Rs 330 on BSE, down 2 per cent compared to its previous close.
