Sources revealed that Shoaib and Sania's marriage is on cards on April 11 at Hyderabad.

On the other hand, Ayesha Siddiqui who claimed herself as wife of Shoaib Malik is planning to register a case against Malik for marrying and leaving her without giving formal divorce.

The Pakistani Barrister, Farooq Hassan told that Ayesha’s father Ahmed Siddiqui called him from India and asked him to file a case against Malik.

Hassan has not yet decided on what grounds and under which law should he file a case against Malik.

Television media claims that Ayesha’s family had already sent a legal notice to Malik but Hassan said he had not send any notice yet and still needs two or three days to work on this case.

Despite of so many accusations over Malik, the fact is that Shoaib’s family including his mother, sisters, brother and brother-in-law will be coming to India on April 7 to celebrate the marriage. All of them will remain in Hyderabad till April 15, as Sania’s father is hosting a wedding reception on April 15 in Hyderabad.

Family members, friends and well-wishers of Shoaib hold an opinion that everything which is aired on the television is based on rumors and speculation.
