‘Sexually Suggestive’ Content Clamped Down By YouTube  It has been announced by YouTube that in its effort to clean up its content, it is clamping down on ‘sexually suggestive’ videos. “The site would be enforcing a stricter standard for mature content and tightening the standard for what is considered sexually suggestive,” said YouTube on its blog.

The users have already been banned from posting pornographic content on the website by YouTube, the Google-owned website.

YouTube informed, “Videos with sexually suggestive (but not prohibited) content will be age-restricted, which means they’ll be available only to viewers who are 18 or older.” It was further informed by it that videos that contain sexually suggestive content or profanity, would not be appearing in its lists of ‘Most Viewed’ or ‘Top Favourite’ videos from now onwards.

Furthermore, the site also said that it would intensify enforcement of rules cleaning the misleading descriptions in the tags and titles of a video.
