Satyam Computer has received a SAP implementation order form Oman-based Khimji Ramdas LLC (KR) standardizes. Satyam is the fourth largest software exporter of India.

The company has informed about the project to the Bombay Stock Exchange but the financial detail is not available by now. Satyam, computers entered in a partnership earlier this year. The company is continually increasing its base in Oman as evident from the current SAP order in the country.

The company will work on various modules of SAP. It would implement finance controlling, sales and distribution applications. The head of Satyam's SAP competency unit, Manish Mehta added that the company is interested in providing simple technology-driven SAP implementations in Middle East countries.

The shares of the company witnessed a downfall of 9.61 percent on the BSE.
