The big news doing the rounds is that Sanjay Dutt and Manyata have celebrated their first wedding anniversary at their Pali Hill residence.

It’s been an eventful year for the couple, who tied the knot on Feb 11, 2008 as per Hindu traditions.

Initially, the couple landed in legal net, when a man suddenly popped up claiming to be Manyata’s spouse and also disclosed that they have a two-year-old son, which was followed by spat between Sanjay Dutt and his loving sister Priya Dutt.

A source close to the Dutts stated, “Manyata has brought stability to Sanjay’s life. Sanjay is very happy. He has quite a few films on hand and has also entered politics now. So why shouldn’t he and Manyata enjoy this day to the hilt?”

Abhishek Bachchan, Amar Singh, Shatrughan Sinha, Vilasrao Deshmukh, John Abraham, Bipasha Basu, Ajay Devgan, Kajol, Bunty Walia, Zayed Khan, Mallika and many other prominent celebrities attended the big bash of their togetherness.

But, Priya Dutt was not present at the occasion.

In fact, Munnabhai has already launched his own production house.

The actor has also joined Indian politics. He is contesting for the Samajwadi Party in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh state in India.

All the preparations for the party were personally supervised by Manyata.
