Samsung has announced that it is all set to come up with smartphone Galaxy S in the Indian market. This phone will be based on the Android 2.1 platform.

So far as the features of the phone are concerned it has a 4-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. mDNIe technology is used in that with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.

The phone has a 5 mega pixel camera with Auto focus on the rear. The powerful camera of the phone will allow the users to capture super clear pictures capabilities along with motion movements.

Another VGA camera is there the front for video calls or video conferencing. It also offers Wi-Fi and 2.5G technology for fast browsing.

The model has two memory specifications i. e. 16GB and 8 GB internal memory versions. This can be expandable to 32 GB further. It is by 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird CPU.

The RAM is of 512 MB that offers great speed to the user. The Samsung Galaxy S is expected to penetrate the Indian market soon.
