London, Mar 21 : Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has fulfilled a look-alike fan''s dream by giving him a personal tour of the Man U training ground.

Aldin Ahmetovic, 16, had travelled more than 900 miles from Slovenia just to get a glimpse of his hero, and he spent four days camped outside United''s Carrington training ground in Manchester.

"I had been up to the Carrington training ground every day this week and some of the players were telling me how much I looked like Ronaldo," the Sun quoted the teenager as saying.

"They said that I could be his brother.

"On the fourth day I gave a note to a security guard which I asked him if he could pass on to Ronaldo.

"I wrote that he was my hero and that I modelled myself on him. I told him I had flown all the way over from Slovenia to get his autograph. I didn''t think anything would come of it," he added.

But a security man called him over and said that Ronaldo had personally asked to meet him, and he was taken into the training ground where he met the footie ace.

"It was like a dream. I was so excited to see him, I burst into tears," he said.

"He gave me loads of signed stuff - boots, a shirt and photos. He was talking to me and asking me questions but I was so emotional that I can hardly remember anything of the conversation.

"But he did say that I was the best look-alike he had seen and that I could make a lot of money out of being a body double.

"He said that some of the players had been joking that I was his brother!

"Ronaldo is my all time hero. And to take time out and show me around the training complex shows what a really nice guy he is. I will never forget what he did. I am the happiest person alive.

"I was so excited to be near him that I can''t remember much. I was just in a daze but I will remember it for the rest of my life. I invited him over to my house in Slovenia if he ever visits the country.

"I am a huge Manchester United fan and everyone says I look like Ronaldo. All my friends and family back home will be so jealous," he added.

A Carrington insider added: "This kid had been hanging around outside the training ground for four days. Some of the players started having a bit of banter with Ronaldo saying that his brother was outside. He is the spitting image of him!" (ANI)
